Welcome to One Gentle Beginning, where women are encouraged and supported in their God-given ability to birth.  My name is Sarah, and I provide birth doula services to clients within a 30-mile radius of Charlottesville, Virginia along with comprehensive childbirth education, nutrition counseling, and breastfeeding support.
